In 2009 opportunities encounter hospitality trends

Over 200 participants from the hospitality industry (investors, developers, hotel and restaurant owners, operators) are to attend on October 6 a complex event featuring international speakers. Trend Hospitality Consulting& Management organizes this event at Radisson SAS Hotel Bucharest, together with INTEHL – The Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Lausanne.
‘This event will have a special impact not only on the hotel business but on the entire hospitality industry, since we have invited and will have here all the actors from the industry: private and institutional investors, representatives of corporate banking, owners, operators, architects (a very important category for the industry), interior designers, hotel managers, operators of hospitality human resources. We have devised an event agenda which should outline the hospitality trends for the near and foreseeable future so that all the participants should have, at the end of it, at least the start of a business or a business idea,’ said Tinu Sebesanu, CEO Trend Hospitality Consulting & Management.

In 2008, the hospitality industry had a fast development as far as all the sectors involved are concerned: hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other service providers both in Bucharest and countrywide.
‘We are not in the pioneering stage of the industry any more, therefore we need solid events which should bring us together with adequate partners for further business development. The participants will have at their disposal a whole day in which to find a dialogue partner for the idea or proposal they envisage. We aim at a significant national attendance, as we have a great number of owners and investors from outside the Capital who are much interested in taking part in this event, where they can find partners or financing,’ added Tinu Sebesanu.
The agenda of the event to take place on October 6, 2008 includes plenary sessions which are to elaborate on the trends in international tourism and the adjustment of Romanian plans, the regional impact of EU tendencies, the importance of the Health & Spa development, and also a great number of interesting workshops.
